Having got to know international specialties at home and abroad for 15 years, he now draws his inspiration from this land of mountains and lakes and uses its produce to come up with some incredible creations. His menu includes Eifel Sauerkraut Soup and baked regional Goat’s Cheese with Eifel Honey, but also Indian Curry with exotic spices and a dessert with juicy tropical fruits.
