Anyone who would like to discover more about Sylt, has ample opportunity to do so: Braderuper heath, Lister dunes, Ellenbogen and the wonderful West beach with its breathtaking surf – all waiting to be explored! Excursions to, for example, Germany’s only oyster breeding waters in List, or to picturesque Keitum with its old sea captains’ houses, are really worthwhile experiences. A sea trip to the seal banks, a visit to Sylt aquarium or a bicycle tour along the dykes reveal unique experiences of nature to be enjoyed by both young and old. In the evenings, a stroll along the lively and pulsating Friedrichstrasse is a must.
