Nordic walking on Sylt

Covering 220 kilometers of trails, the Nordic Walking Park on Sylt is one of the largest in Germany. From the Northern part of the island to its Southernmost tip and from the lush Eastern coast to the vibrant central region, all the towns are linked to each other by a Nordic walking route. Rather than sensing your altitude, here you experience the characteristic elements of the island – the soothing, sandy ground, the dune landscape, through which the clearly marked gravel paths lead. And not forgetting the island climate with its clear sea-air containing mineral trace elements, and the unique combination of wind and sun.
