For more than 40 years, Ebertz & Partner has been one of the leading German issuing houses for closed-end real estate funds, with a particular focus on hotels, commercial premises, offices and senior citizens’ residences. At the beginning of 2008, the Ebertz & Partner consortium underwent major restructuring. There are now six companies organised within the holding company, the E&P Holding GmbH & Co. KG, of which I am the managing partner:

The hotel operating company Neue Dorint GmbH runs 40 hotels of the brand Dorint throughout Europe.

The issuing house E&P Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the consortium’s real estate activities. Its range of activities extends from classic funds launches all the way to direct placement for individual investors and institutional investors alike.

The SenVital GmbH operates comfortable senior citizens’ care institutions with 4-star quality standards in Germany.

The CMde CENTERMANAGER und IMMOBILIEN GmbH & Co. KG, the IPM Immobilien- und Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG and the E&P Service GmbH, specially geared to the needs and demands of the individual companies, complete the picture of the Ebertz & Partner consortium’s full range of activities.
