The Ebertz & Partner consortium –
one of Germany's most experienced real estate initiators
For close on 40 years, the Ebertz & Partner consortium has been among the leading issuing houses in Germany for closed real estate funds, in particular for hotel, commercial, office and senior citizens' residential properties. Alongside the classic fund requirements, the range of services further comprises direct placements both for individual investors and for institutional investors. A competent staff team, imaginative concepts and an investment approach on a partnership basis are the keys to the company's success.
The Ebertz & Partner consortium was reorganised at the beginning of 2008, with Dr. Herbert Ebertz and Dr. Karl Bartel, the founders of E&P, retiring from active business involvement as a generation change took place. However, both of them will be retained as full partners for the individual funds, and they will both continue to take an active role on the advisory board of the new E&P Holding.
The new E&P Holding GmbH & Co. KG was founded under the management of Dirk Iserlohe who has been an executive partner with E&P since 1997. This parent organisation bundles together the consortium's property activities as carried out by the E&P Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG with the business activities of the Neue Dorint GmbH and SenVital GmbH.
E&P Real Estate enjoys the further support of the specialist services providers E&P Centermanagement GmbH and EZM Einkaufszentren-Management GmbH. The holding is of course totally dedicated to upholding the tradition established and developed by Dr. Herbert Ebertz as a reputable and innovative companion and guide through the property market – doing so personally, professionally and profitably.
