How can I book Dorint Hotels & Resorts?
Dorint Hotels & Resorts offer various booking options. Besides our service center, which is available from Monday to Friday 08-18 o’clock under +49 221 48567-444, you can contact anytime our hotels directly via telephone, email or fax. The easiest and quickest way is to book via our booking engine in the upper left section of each site, where you simply have to enter the requested hotel and date.

What is the Best price Guarantee?
When booking through our website www.dorint.com, via our service center or directly in our hotel, we guarantee, that you will get the best available rate. In case you will find a cheaper price after your booking, you will receive the cheaper rate less 25% discount. You will find more information here: Best Price Guarantee

What is the daily rate?
The so called daily rate is the most flexible and best available rate without any booking restrictions. If you book this rate, your room will be held generally until 6pm on day of arrival and you can cancel your reservation free of charge, with the exception of fair dates or other high season dates. The detailed cancellation policy is shown in the rate description.

What is the Early Bird rate?
The Early Bird rate offers discounts on the daily rate. The value of the discount depends on the booking date and on the requested Dorint hotel. You can save between 10-30%. This rate is not cancellable free of charge and a non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.

How can I subscribe/unsubscribe for the newsletter?
You will find a link on our homepage on several sites, e.g. in the footer, where you can subscribe for our newsletter or you can directly follow this link: Newsletter subscription
If you wish to unsubscribe in the future, you will find a link at the bottom of each newsletter.

How can I order hotel flyer/brochures?

Questions about hotels

At what time is check-in?
Generally hotel rooms are available from 3pm and apartments from 5pm.

At what time is check-out?
Check-out is generally at 11am. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

Do you offer handicapped rooms?
Yes, some Dorint Hotels have handicapped rooms with appropriate accessible equipment. You can see under “Hotel rooms & suites”, if your requested hotel offer these rooms.

Is parking available at the hotel?
All Dorint Hotels have sufficient parking spaces. Most hotel also have a garage (partly with costs), where your car can safely be stored overnight. Sometimes, there are also parking spaces free of charge at or around the hotel. You will find more information about parking under „General Information“ in the hotel of your choice.

Can I reserve a parking lot?
In some hotels you can reserve a parking lot directly in your online booking. After choosing a hotel during the booking process, the system offers you some additional services. Please note that you have to choose a service for each day.

What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.

Can I also book breakfast online? What does it cost?
In some Dorint Hotels & Resorts buffet breakfast is already included in the rate. For hotels or rates, which do not have breakfast included, there is of course the possibility to book it online. Please choose the requested meals after choosing the hotel room. The costs for breakfast depend on the hotel and may vary from 14-29 € per person.

Is half or full board available?
Yes, you can either book the meals after choosing a room or you can book directly one of the attractive arrangements, where usually a dinner is already included.

Is it possible to book spa treatments online?
Yes, spa treatments are also bookable like breakfast and other meals, if available.

Can I book tee times online?
Unfortunately this is not possible online, but you can contact the hotel directly, which will be happy to reserve a tee time for you.

Can I bring my pet?
In almost every Dorint Hotel & Resort pets are welcome. Depending on the hotel, there is a fee of 10-30,- €. Please note that for hygienic reasons pets are usually not allowed in the gastronomic and spa areas.

Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. Therefore we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search the best available rates for you.

For one reason they may vary because of fair dates or other high season dates. Other reasons could be that the prices have increased since your last visit on our website. Generally rates will increase, the longer you wait with your booking.

Can I book two rooms of different categories?
At the moment this is not possible online, without making two separate bookings. If you require two different categories, you can contact our hotels directly.

Can I book two rooms with different occupancy?
No, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. You will have to make two separate bookings or contact the hotel directly.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?
In all Dorint Hotels & Resorts (despite in Seefeld and Wustrow) WiFi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.

Which size are the rooms?
The sizes of the rooms vary from hotel to hotel. Also within a hotel they vary between each category. The standard rooms start with a size of approx. 15m².

Can I reserve a table in a restaurant?
Yes, with our table order form you can make a non-binding table reservation for your desired restaurant. You will find the form on each restaurant‘s website.

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
All hotels offer non-smoking rooms. In some hotels every room is non-smoking. A few hotels are even completely smoke-free properties.

Do you offer child rates?
Yes, Dorint Hotels & Resorts offer family-friendly rates. Children from 0-11 years stay free. Children from 12-16 years pay from 30-45 € per night, depending on the hotel. There are also discounts on meals: Children from 0-5 years receive 100%, children from 6-11 years 50% and children from 12-16 years 25% discount.

Can I use the spa area even if I am not staying in your hotel?
In some Dorint Hotels & Resorts the spa area is also open for external guests. For more information about your requested hotel, please check the hotel’s website under „spa & wellness“ or contact the hotel or our service center directly.

Can I use the spa area after checking out?
In general this is not a problem, as the checkout times as based on leaving the room. To avoid any doubts, please contact our service center or the hotel.

Do you offer hotel shuttles, e.g. to the next airport or train station?
Unfortunately, most hotels do not offer a hotel shuttle. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you to find your public transport or will call a taxi for you.

Can I have breakfast/dinner even if I am not staying in your hotel?
Yes, of course you can enjoy a meal or drink in one of our restaurants or bars. You may also reserve a table with our table reservation form on each restaurant website.

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or feather-free pillows, manageable?
We are always trying to fulfil every of your desires. Many hotels offer e.g. suitable rooms for allergic persons or lactose-free food. Please contact our hotels with your special needs.

I have bought a Groupon-voucher. How can I redeem it in your hotel?
Please contact the hotel, for which the voucher is valid. The colleagues in the hotel will be happy to assist you, if availability is given for the requested period.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?
Please contact our hotel team, which will send you a copy of your invoice.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?
Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team.

Questions about the booking process

How do I know if the hotel is bookable?
Please choose the hotel you would like to book in the booking search box on the upper left side and enter the arrival and departure date as well as the number of persons. In the next step you will see the availability calendar on the right side of the screen, where the dates are marked as bookable (green) or not bookable (red).

Why is the hotel not bookable although the calendar is marked green?
On some days, especially on fair dates or other high frequented dates (Bank holidays, Formula1, etc.), it may happen that the hotel has to be booked with a minimum length of stay. In this case, please change the arrival or departure date or contact the hotel directly.

How can I see the different rates?
As soon as you have chosen a hotel and have entered all travel dates, you will see our rate grid, which will show the lowest available rates for each category. You have then the option to display all available rates by clicking on a room category.

How many rooms can be booked at once?
For each reservation you can book up to 3 rooms online. If you require more rooms, please contact our service center or the hotel.

How can I see which features are included in the price?
A detailed overview will be shown beneath the rate grid, if you click on a rate or category. The rate description will show every included service.

Can I book without credit card?
When booking the daily rate you will generally have the option to book without credit card. Your room will be reserved until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you do not check in prior to 6 pm, your reservation will be cancelled automatically without charge. In case of delay please inform us prior to 6 pm. If you no longer require the room we would appreciate it if you would advise us. Other rates can only be booked with credit cards.

Which online payment methods do you offer?
At the moment, you can only pay by credit card or if you choose a daily rate by paying at the hotel.

For how many persons I can make a reservation? Are bookings for groups possible online?
You can book up to 5 persons per room and up to 3 rooms per reservation. If you require rooms for more persons, please contact our service center or the hotel directly.

Is my credit card being charged at time of booking?
If you book a rate with a deposit policy, such as the Early Bird rate, we will charge your credit card at time of booking. If you provide your credit card only as a guarantee, we will not charge it, but will only reserve the amount by our credit card system Concardis.

Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Diners Club Card is not accepted.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by choosing the hotel in the booking search box and clicking onto „Hotel details“. You are now on the hotel site and will find a button „Booking cancellation“ in the left navigation menu. To cancel your booking, you will need to enter your cancellation number, which is stated on your confirmation, and your arrival date. If you cannot find your cancellation number, you can also contact our service center or the hotel. For any changes on your reservation, e.g. extra nights, please contact directly the service center or the hotel.

By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?
This depends on which rate or arrangement you have booked. You can see the cancellation policy in the rate description and on your reservation confirmation.

Where can I see the booking conditions?
The booking conditions will be shown in the booking process under "details". You will also find them on your booking confirmation.

Why did I not receive a booking confirmation?
In very rare cases, it may happen that you do not receive a booking confirmation due to technical issues, although you preceded the booking until the end and the amount has been reserved on your credit card. In this case, please contact our service center or the hotel, which can re-send your confirmation.

Can I check-in without my reservation number?
Yes, in case you forgot your reservation number, you can check-in anyway by stating for which name the booking has been made.

Why is the arrangement not bookable?
Arrangements generally do require a minimum and/or maximum length of stay, so that they will only being displayed if the arrival dates accord with the booking restrictions. Also, please be aware that arrangements are not bookable on every day of the week. In high seasons, on fair dates or other highly requested dates, it may also occur that the arrangement will not be available.

Can I cancel only certain parts of my reservation (e.g. one of the two booked rooms)?
If you wish to cancel a part of your reservation, please contact our service center or the hotel.
