The Händel House

Halle is the city of Händel, for it was here that the world famous composer was born on 23 February 1685; he attended school here and acquired the foundation upon which his incomparable musical works were based. Today the house of his birth is a place of pilgrimage for fans of his music from all corners of the world, who come here to follow in the footsteps of his musical genius. The uniquely impressive collection of 700 functioning instruments from various centuries is priceless.
