Exclusive training, which can be booked at the times and in the locations which suit the individual, guarantees the best results due to its individualized personal focus with a concentrated one-on-one system. The individual receives constant feedback from the personal trainer and can thus concentrate totally on the various elements of the training program.

Log cabin sauna

The block-house in the outdoor area of our sauna landscape is made of natural Norway spruce with a wonderfully hot sauna oven, is a cozy haven where you are sure to find rest and relaxation.

Finnish sauna

If you have never tried a Finnish sauna, you will quickly become a fan of its pleasurable and relaxing effects. It is an ideal preparation for any type of massage or cosmetic treatment, a perfect single application to follow sporting activity or a round of golf, or simply a means to detoxify and relax. In contrast to the steam bath, the air in a sauna is much hotter and dryer.

Sun bed

Our ‘Ergoline 450’ tanning booths (coin operated) are located directly in the changing area of our fitness area and offer a gentle, smooth tan.

Quiet zone

Organic sauna

Our organic or bio sauna offers a relatively mild sauna experience: a harmonious colored lighting display exercises a positive influence on the psyche.

Grotto shower

Enjoy an icy cold shower here, just like in a real cave. Perfect after a hot sauna – wonderfully refreshing!

Indoor Pool

Our indoor pool is 1,40m deep and is 10 x 6m in size, with a comfortable temperature of 29°C.

Whirlpool (exterior)

The gently rising bubbles not only give you the sense of floating weightlessly in the water, but also serve to stimulate the circulation.
